SBS in the Community
SBS are always keen to help and support other community groups and events around the local area.
The society are often called upon to assist with management and marshalling on outdoor events throughout the year.
A few examples are listed below.
Remembrance Sunday
SBS work with Seaford Town Council to manage road closures for the annual Remembrance Sunday Service at the town war memorial.
The Platinum Jubilee
SBS were approached by Seaford Town Council to facilitate the setup and lighting of the Towns Beacon as part of the National Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.
Seahaven Armed Forces Day
SBS work with the organising committee of the Seahaven Veterans and Armed Forces Day event providing road closure marshals for the annual parade.
